The whole experience working with the team at Saunafin (from start to finish) has been such a pleasure. Every step of the way, whenever a question arose, they were there to walk my folks through the purchase, the installation and the set-up of their Sauna. They can't stop raving about the entire process and experience and of course the final product. Definitely recommend.

Bought a kit from Sauna Fin over 20 years ago. I installed it myself and have used it daily winter and summer. Excellent product that continues to function just like it did in the day we bought it. Fantastic customer service too. Highly recommend!

I recently purchased a sauna kit from Saunafin. The kit was well prepared, instructions were detailed. The wood was cut to the proper lengths. It was easy to install. The quality of the materials was outstanding. We are working through an issues with the heater but with the excellent customer service I am confident we will resolve the issue. The people at saunafin are responsive and professional. I would definitely purchase from Saunafin in the future.

Update: the sauna is complete and we have used it numerous times. The heater is amazing. It produces just the right amount of steam to be comfortable. The controls are very easy to understand and use. We had one issue with the heater which was resolved quickly with a new control board. I recommend Saunafin to anybody who is thinking of a sauna.

Bought a barrel sauna with the Tylo Combi heater from Saunafin. Before I purchased I took a trip to the showroom for a visit, Mike was extremely helpful and knowledgable in answering my questions and concerns. Assembly of the sauna was painless with the very detailed instructions that were provided. My wife and I had no troubles assembling it with only basic tools. I went with clear cedar for the barrel and the quality is fantastic, the Combi heater was also a worthy upgrade with its ability to consistently generate just the right amount of steam. Highly recommended Saunafin to anyone looking for a sauna.

Hi Milena - Just a short note to pass on a big “thank you” for your great service and high quality SaunaFin saunas. We built our first sauna in our home in NS about 10 years ago and I use it virtually every day with no issues (I changed the light bulb twice in 10 years!!). We just built a retirement home in South Carolina and when the builder was uncertain about our request for a built in sauna, we put them in contact with you and you sold them the identical sauna kit that we have in Canada. Review: I love our new SaunaFin outdoor cabin sauna (the 6‘ x 8‘ prefab type, with a Tylo electric heater). Every aspect of the purchase met or exceeded my expectations. The cabin was delivered in mid August, exactly as scheduled. It was a delight to assemble, aided by the excellent assembly instruction manual and video. The knowledgable Saunafin staff were always available to answer the few questions I did have. The high quality western red cedar and the many design details resulted in a beautiful addition to our lakefront cottage property. The attached photos were taken a week after delivery, when it was fully operational following the installation of the heater by the electrician. We look forward to many years of enjoying the Sauna experience!
