From the moment we walked into the show room, the staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The ordering process was very simple - we got a 5x7 pre-fab sauna kit and the wood was superior quality. Instructions were clear, installation went well and they answered any follow up questions we had. We love our new sauna!

We ordered the Premium quality sauna and got it in June. The delivery speed and quality was, as promised. Maya was very helpful and easy to deal with, answered all questions very detailed. Instructions were easy to follow and quality wise product, is amazing. The Saunafin is safe and recommended

We just finished installing our new Saunafin sauna just in time for our family Christmas. As our families came in to celebrate the holidays they knew we were excited about your new sauna. But, to a person, when they saw our sauna for the first time they were blown away by the beauty, and "that's a legit" sauna expressions at what they were seeing.

Literally, we could not have had more perfectly cut, and beautiful red cedar. The variety of characteristics in the wood along with the colors makes this sauna feel like a piece of artwork in our home. I'm attaching some pictures.

I highly recommend Saunafin if you are considering an installation in your home. The kit comes with everything necessary for installation including extras to finish the job despite a couple of cutting errors on our part. We looked into other companies and they were saying minimum of 6 months for delivery. We received our sauna kit in 3 weeks from purchase. Amazing.

Lastly - the customer service has been responsive and very helpful. Super appreciate Milena and Mike helping guide us through our questions.

We are now using our sauna twice a day. Seriously satisfied at the highest level.

Hi good afternoon!

Last time we were in you asked us to send over finished photos of our
sauna - we just finally got the glass installed today and cannot wait to use
it! Thank you all for your help throughout the process and the beautiful
cedar you provided! Everyone is in awe when they see this in our home now

I highly recommend Saunafin. I purchased the LK premium Sauna liner kit in western red cedar with the Sauna Craft XR wall mount heater. The quality of everthing included in the kit exceeded my expectations. The cedar was in perfect condition with no knots whatsoever. The heater works great and looks to be very well made.
